Latitude Margaritaville Watersound is the brand's Florida-panhandle community, joining Hilton Head and Daytona under the same signage vocabulary. The amenity center is the keystone — but unlike a traditional clubhouse, it's organized as a small themed village: a sales center, a theater, a fitness center, a pet spa, a bike-and-accessory shop, a wellness storefront, and the architectural connective tissue between them.
Each building needed its own identity inside one coherent brand world. None of it could feel template-driven.
CG Signs designed and fabricated the full program: layered-PVC Sales Center identity, the Last Mango Theater marquee and blade sign with neon, themed storefront identities for Fins Up Fitness, Bark-aritaville Pet Spa, Nautical Wheeler, and Hemisphere Dancer, plus aluminum architectural canopy brackets and louvered aluminum equipment screens that tie the buildings together visually.
Same Orange Park shop. Same install crew. Six-plus distinct buildings, one coordinated finish standard.

The Sales Center is where most prospective Watersound residents first encounter the Latitude Margaritaville brand in person. The roof-gable identity sign is layered PVC — durable, weather-rated for the panhandle climate, and finished to read as architectural rather than applied.

Around the Theater and the Sales Center, the amenity village includes a fitness center, a pet spa, a bike-and-accessory shop, and a wellness-themed storefront — each with its own custom sign treatment, window graphics, awnings, and architectural detailing.
The amenity-center theater is the most signage-dense piece of the Watersound build. CG Signs fabricated the custom marquee, the vertical blade sign with neon, the aluminum trellis structure that frames the marquee, and the tension banner frames that let staff swap movie posters for upcoming events.
The amenity village reads as one place because the architectural elements between the buildings — the canopy brackets, the louvered equipment screens, the dimensional details — were fabricated by CG Signs to the same brand vocabulary as the signage itself.
